Is the program fully online?
Yes. Our programs are 100% online. Sessions are held via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. This allows teams in different cities or working remotely to participate with the same quality. Flexible scheduling is available to fit your company's schedule.
How is curriculum content decided? Is it the same for every company?
No, each program is completely customized to the company's industry and employee profile. First, a "needs analysis" is conducted to identify the communication needs of departments such as sales, marketing, customer relations, and management. Our consultants then develop scenarios, keyword phrases, and target KPIs based on this analysis.
How long is the program and how many sessions per week are recommended?
A standard package is for three months; we recommend 1-2 sessions per week. However, for high-octane sales teams, a 4–6-week "intensive sprint" can also be implemented. The key is to ensure sustainable progress without disrupting your daily workflow.
How is my performance measured?
Starting language proficiency levels, measurable goals, and three-month performance indicators are established for each client. Progress is monitored in areas such as fluency, terminology mastery, presentation skills, and self-confidence. A detailed team report is prepared and presented to the client (and his/her manager when applicable) every three months.
Which business sectors do you work with?
We currently work with companies in the tourism, real estate, technology, manufacturing, logistics, and education sectors. However, our methodology can be adapted to any industry where English is the language of communication. We develop specific vocabulary lists, dialogue scenarios, and case studies for each sector.
Will the program still work if employees have a beginner's level of English?
Yes. The program is designed, not only for advanced speakers, but for anyone who wants to gain confidence in their daily professional communication. For those at a lower proficiency level, simple yet effective communication patterns, role plays, and repetitive micro-exercises are helpful to accelerate progress towards fluency in English.
