5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reservation cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid penalties.
The conditions for cancellations are as follows:

For cancellations made within 2 weeks, a 50% fee will be charged.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged in full.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
